Our Services

  • A person receiving physical therapy or massage on their arm from a therapist.

    Physical Therapy Evaluation (60 min)

    A comprehensive evaluation consisting of health history, movement analysis, joint/soft tissue assessment, and strength testing will be performed at your first visit. Treatment and a home exercise program will be provided.

  • A person receiving physical therapy on their leg by a therapist in a clinic.

    Follow Up Visit (45 min)

    Following your evaluation appointment, these visits will continue to build off the established treatment program. Treatment will include a combination of manual therapy, strength training, passive/dynamic stretching, and modalities (if indicated).

    Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Rehab/Performance Session (50 min)

    Clients will be taken through a TPI golf movement assessment designed to identify how a golfer’s body mechanics, mobility, and strength affect their swing. Includes a video swing analysis, if applicable. Sessions will include individualized golf specific strength training and mobility drills, developed from the findings of the TPI assessment.

Conditions we treat include:

  • Arthritis

  • Low Back pain

  • Knee pain

  • Shoulder and elbow pain

  • Rotator cuff tears

  • Ankle sprains

  • Achilles tendonitis

  • Meniscus tears

  • Neck pain

  • Cervical/lumbar radiculopathy

  • Spinal Stenosis

  • Post surgical rehab

  • Golf injuries

Treatment Techniques:

  • Functional strength and conditioning

  • Soft Tissue Mobilization

  • Myofascial decompression (cupping)

  • Joint Mobilization

  • Passive Range of Motion

  • Gait Analysis

  • IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue massage)

  • Movement assessment and corrective exercise via Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)

  • Neuromuscular re-education

  • Modalities including electrical stimulation and vasopneumatic compression

Pricing

  • 60 min PT Evaluation: $175

  • 45 min PT Follow Up: $150

  • 50 min Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Rehab/Performance Session: $150/session. Multi-session packages are also available.

Medicare Patients: We are an enrolled Medicare provider and bill Medicare directly for covered PT services. If you have Medicare and a secondary insurance, we will coordinate billing on your behalf.

Please note: TPI golf rehab/performance sessions are deemed NOT medically necessary and therefore are not Medicare covered services.
